BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE: 'All These Things I Hate' Video Posted Online
December 5, 2006Welsh metalcore act BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE has posted its new video for the song "All These Things I Hate" at this location. The clip was directed by Scott Winig (WAKEFIELD, PRINCE PAUL, TONY TOUCH) and Tony Petrossian (AVENGED SEVENFOLD, RISE AGAINST, SLIPKNOT) and was filmed in Los Angeles during the band's first U.S. tour. The video for the song is a metallic ode to love lost including a "Groundhog Day"-esque sequence of a tragic car accident being relived over and over with lover trying to reach lover. Interspersed is live performance of the band in a gloom filled graveyard overlooking the tragedy. "All These Things" is the latest in the string of highly successful singles off BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE's debut album, "The Poison", which has sold 141,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.
BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE was recently forced to cancel several dates on its sold-out U.K. tour as well as a string of U.S. shows after frontman Matt Tuck was found to be suffering from laryngitis brought on by throat infection and fatigue.
BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE's "The Poison - Live At Brixton" DVD will be released in the U.S. on December 19 via Trustkill. The disc, which was issued in Europe on Oct. 30, captures the band's sold-out show in front of over 4,000 people at London's legendary Brixton Academy on January 28, 2006 (filmed with over 15 cameras),along with over an hour of bonus material, including the band's videos so far, EPKs and documentaries edited to songs from both "The Poison" and the "Hand Of Blood" EP, plus a behind-the-scenes look at the band performing at the Download Festival and the Metal Hammer Awards in the U.K. this summer.
